On this weeks Women We Love, we focus in on two of the most talked about design duos to come out of Dublin in the last decade- Jill Deering and Gillian Henderson aka Jill & Gill.

 Jill & Gill move into fashion design, championing "boss ladies"

As two boss ladies behind a thriving design brand, Jill Deering and Gillian Henderson work in exceptional harmony. From putting art on clothes at Electric Picnic to being invited to display their designs in Brown Thomas, these entrepreneurs really are ones to watch.

It seems appropriate on Iris Apfel’s 98th birthday today to be showing this homage by Irish designers Jill & Gill who have constantly used the American style icon as inspiration for their work. They are participating in “Scéal: A Story of Irish Design” at Kilkenny’s Nassau Street store from September 2 – 29.
